How does Seismiq handle sensitive data or comply with data privacy regulations?
Seismiq is built with privacy and compliance in mind: we only collect process metadata such as traces, not your actual data or code. SOC 2 and related certifications are on already on our roadmap.
How does Seismiq impact the performance of our existing data pipelines?
Our lightweight integration typically adds only a few kilobytes and minimal extra runtime, ensuring your pipelines run efficiently while providing valuable insights.
How does Seismiq handle multi-cloud or multi-service pipelines?
Our platform is designed to monitor and analyze data pipeline tasks regardless of where they're deployed, providing a unified view of your entire data ecosystem in any environment.
Can Seismiq integrate with our existing work and communcation systems?
Yes, Seismiq will include email and Slack notifications at launch, with GitHub, Jira, and Teams on our roadmap.
Which data platforms can Seismiq work with?
At launch, Seismiq will be compatible with all custom Python tasks, Databricks and Hex notebooks, dbt, Airbyte, Fivetran, and Airflow. Any additional platforms with HTTP or webhook capabilities can be added as well.

Is Seismiq open source?
It will be! We plan to open source our Python package at general availability, in Q1 2025!
